A portrait of an emperor who never allowed herself to be second in anything. <\/p>\n\n<p>Segunda was marked with her name at birth, but she had other plans. From a small Galician village, this eighty-year-old matriarch has lived her life with the determination and personality of the Roman emperors who conquered the world.
